Car parks & bays
Set up each car park with its floors, zones and bays. Drivers record where every car is parked, and key tags are tracked from issue to return.
Parking locations, blocks and key tagsRun Harbour Row and Harbour Heights from one platform: every car park, every cashier desk and a central control station that sees each vehicle from drop-off to departure.
Desks, drivers and the control room work from the same record, so each vehicle has one ticket, one status and one payment from the moment it arrives.

The plate is read at the gate and the desk issues a ticket with a QR code. Keys are tagged to the car.
A driver parks the car and records the car park, floor and bay.

Yes. Each development's car parks and cashier desks sit under one operation, so the central control station and reports cover both. Groups that need to stay separate can run as separate organisations, and authorised staff can switch between them.
Each desk has its own ticket number series and each staff account is assigned to a desk. Check-in and check-out reports can be filtered by desk, and the daily closing report shows cars in, cars out, cars still on site and takings by payment method.
The exit camera reads the plate and the barrier stays closed for unpaid tickets. The event appears on the control station, and once the guest pays with BenefitPay the barrier releases automatically.
A small agent runs on site next to the cameras and barrier controllers. It connects out to the platform, so no inbound ports need to be opened on your network.
Cash and card at the desk, BenefitPay from the guest's phone, plus complimentary and unpaid handling for residents and special cases. All amounts are in BHD.
